Terms And Conditions
Unless otherwise stated as "in stock," all our products are made to order. We place it into production once your order is submitted and paid for. If you require a specific delivery date, please reach out to us and we will work to ensure we can meet your needs before you order. Our typical production time is less than 2 weeks on small orders and less than 1 month on larger orders.
Conventions and Halloween create large orders and extend these times. Since all items are unique and hand painted, they will all differ slightly from pictured items. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns before placing your order.Most products, unless stated otherwise, may be returned within 30 days of receiving the product (with exceptions, see below).
No product returns will be accepted after 30 days. All items purchased prior to Oct. 31st cannot be returned after Oct. 31st of the same year. Any items purchased after Oct. 31st will be subject to the regular return policy. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
